Simmelle brings more than two decades of experience across customer operations, BPO, customer experience, operating-model design, and business transformation.
After years of leading and working inside organizations where new technology was layered onto unclear operating foundations, she built PARKWEST to reverse the sequence: understand the problem first, architect the system second, and automate only where it belongs.
Her role at PARKWEST is to shape the decision architecture, challenge assumptions, and make sure the final recommendation is grounded in how the business actually operates.
