PARKWEST Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 2026

PARKWEST, operated by ParkWest Consulting LLC, respects the privacy of the people and businesses that interact with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, retain, and share information through our website, assessments, Roadmap engagements, publications, and related services.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with PARKWEST, we may collect information such as your name, business email address, phone number, company, role, company size, website, business problem or inquiry, assessment responses, Roadmap intake information, workflow details, operational information, business-impact information, uploaded supporting materials, scheduling information, and information you choose to provide in free-text fields.

Some PARKWEST services may involve information about business systems, employees, customers, financial impact, processes, risks, or other internal business matters. Please do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, regulated personal information, health information, or other highly sensitive personal data unless PARKWEST has specifically requested it and an appropriate process has been established.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • review and respond to requests
  • determine whether a PARKWEST Diagnostic is an appropriate next step
  • provide Diagnostic and Roadmap services
  • generate Executive Action Briefs and Roadmaps
  • communicate with customers and prospects
  • schedule meetings and review sessions
  • process purchases and maintain transaction records
  • operate and improve our services
  • maintain security, access controls, and audit records
  • manage customer and prospect relationships
  • send the Executive Frustration Brief and other PARKWEST communications when you have expressly opted in

We do not sell personal information submitted through PARKWEST services.

AI-Assisted Processing

PARKWEST uses AI-assisted processing in portions of its services.

For the Business Problem Diagnostic, participant responses and related business evidence may be processed using AI-assisted systems to support diagnostic reasoning and generation of the Executive Action Brief. PARKWEST administrators may access Diagnostic responses, evidence, and generated reports as part of operating and supporting the service.

Diagnostic reports use evidence-bounded generation and automated validation designed to reduce unsupported claims.

For Roadmap engagements, PARKWEST may use AI-assisted tools as part of advisor analysis and drafting. Roadmap deliverables are reviewed, edited, approved, and released by a PARKWEST advisor before they are provided to the customer.

PARKWEST may also use externally hosted AI tools in a human-directed workflow. When this occurs, an advisor determines what information is submitted and reviews the resulting output before it is used in a customer deliverable.

We do not make representations in this Privacy Policy about an external AI provider's model-training practices, retention periods, or infrastructure unless those practices have been independently verified.

Company Website Information

During a Diagnostic, PARKWEST may retrieve publicly available information from the company website you provide in order to better understand business context. This information may be stored with the Diagnostic while the Diagnostic record remains active.

Uploaded Materials

Roadmap customers may optionally provide supporting materials.

Uploaded materials are stored in private application storage and are accessible to the customer and authorized PARKWEST administrators. They are not automatically sent by the Architect application to an AI model.

PARKWEST advisors may review uploaded materials as part of the Roadmap engagement.

Executive Frustration Brief

If you subscribe to the Executive Frustration Brief or other PARKWEST content, we collect your name, email address, subscription status, consent information, and related subscription records.

Subscription is voluntary and separate from operational communications associated with a Diagnostic, Roadmap purchase, meeting, or other requested service.

You may unsubscribe at any time. PARKWEST may retain a minimal suppression record after unsubscribe so that we can honor your request and avoid unintentionally resubscribing you.

Service Providers

PARKWEST relies on service providers to operate portions of its business and services. Depending on your interaction with us, these may include:

  • Base44 for application hosting, databases, authentication, private file storage, and related application infrastructure
  • payment providers such as Stripe
  • email providers such as Google/Gmail and Microsoft
  • Katalyst / GoHighLevel for customer relationship management
  • scheduling and meeting providers
  • AI technology providers used in PARKWEST workflows
  • other technology providers reasonably necessary to deliver requested services

These providers may process information only as necessary to perform the functions for which PARKWEST uses them, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider.

PARKWEST's website does not store raw payment-card information. Payment providers may provide PARKWEST with transaction identifiers, payment status, purchase amount, customer identifiers, and related transaction metadata.

Scheduling and Meetings

When you schedule a meeting with PARKWEST, information required to arrange the meeting may be processed through our scheduling, calendar, email, or video-conferencing providers.

Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

PARKWEST currently does not use third-party advertising pixels or behavioral tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or Microsoft Clarity on the audited PARKWEST website, Assessment application, or Architect application.

Our platforms may use essential authentication, session, security, and user-interface storage necessary to operate the applications.

If PARKWEST later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, this Privacy Policy and any required consent mechanisms will be updated.

How Long We Keep Information

PARKWEST seeks to retain information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

Our current general retention approach is:

  • Website inquiries and Diagnostic requests that do not progress: generally up to 12 months
  • Completed Diagnostic working data, including responses, evidence, website context, and customer-specific generated report content: generally up to 12 months after completion
  • Roadmap supporting uploads: generally up to 12 months after final Roadmap delivery or engagement closure
  • Roadmap engagement data, including intake, workflows, advisor working records, and customer-specific Roadmap content: generally up to 24 months after final delivery or engagement closure
  • Routine access, delivery, and system-operation logs: generally up to 12 months
  • Executive Frustration Brief subscription records: while subscribed, followed by a minimal suppression record where necessary
  • Payment, accounting, tax, legal, security, and audit records: retained for the period reasonably required for those purposes

Certain minimal integrity, security, audit, or transaction records may be retained longer where necessary. Where practical, customer-specific content is removed or minimized when its retention period expires.

Records subject to a legal, billing, security, support, or other legitimate hold may be retained until the matter is resolved.

PARKWEST Access to Information

Authorized PARKWEST administrators and advisors may access information when necessary to operate and support PARKWEST services.

Depending on the service, this may include request information, Diagnostic responses, business evidence, Roadmap intake information, uploaded materials, advisor notes, generated reports, transaction metadata, and operational logs.

Access is not limited solely to the individual who submitted the information.

Your Choices and Requests

You may contact PARKWEST to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you.

Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, contractual, or other legitimate business purposes.

Not all information can necessarily be deleted immediately, and certain records may be maintained in minimized form where necessary for audit or transaction integrity.

Requests may be sent to team@parkwest-cx.com.

Security

PARKWEST uses technical and administrative measures intended to limit unauthorized access to its systems and information.

Examples in our current applications include protected administrative access, private file storage, time-limited access mechanisms, password hashing, server-side authorization checks, and audit logging.

No system can guarantee absolute security, and PARKWEST does not represent that its systems are immune from all security risks.

Children's Privacy

PARKWEST services are intended for businesses and business professionals and are not directed to children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as PARKWEST services, technology, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
