ParkWest Customer Systems Assessment — a simple path over complex systems
CUSTOMER SYSTEMS ASSESSMENTComing soon.

A complimentary customer-experience diagnostic.

The customer experience is only as simple as the systems underneath it.

The Customer Systems Assessment is designed to identify where the customer experience is breaking — and what underneath it may be causing the problem.

It measures and points. It does not redesign the customer system.

WHAT IT WILL EXAMINE

Find what's breaking beneath the experience.

Customer-experience problems are often created by the operating system underneath them — where the customer journey breaks, where context is lost, where ownership becomes unclear, and where technology has been layered onto weak operating foundations.

  1. 01CUSTOMER JOURNEY

Where does the experience become harder than it should be?

  2. 02HANDOFFS

Where does context get lost between people, teams, or channels?

  3. 03KNOWLEDGE

Can employees and systems access the right answer when it is needed?

  4. 04OWNERSHIP

Who owns the issue when it crosses boundaries?

  5. 05PROCESS

Where does the operating process create unnecessary friction or delay?

  6. 06AUTOMATION

Where is technology helping, adding complexity, or masking a deeper problem?

The goal is not another layer of technology. The goal is a customer path that works.

When the system underneath the experience breaks, the result often shows up as repeat contacts, escalations, rework, delays, inconsistent answers, and avoidable customer effort.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

Customer Systems Assessment Report

The report is designed to show where the strongest customer-experience signal appears, what may be causing it underneath the surface, and where to look next.

  • strongest customer-experience signal
  • where friction appears in the journey
  • likely system or process mechanism underneath it
  • evidence supporting the finding
  • likely business or customer impact
  • what remains uncertain
  • where to investigate or act next

The report is designed to include these elements. The product is still being designed, so the final format and structure may evolve.

ASSESSMENT VS ARCHITECTURE

Assessment = measurement and direction. Customer Systems Architecture = deeper diagnosis, redesign, and implementation architecture.

The Assessment helps identify where the customer experience appears to be breaking and where to look next. If deeper redesign is justified, Customer Systems Architecture is a separate engagement.

Why the Assessment is complimentary

The Assessment is complimentary because the first decision should be whether there is a meaningful customer-system problem worth solving — not which solution to buy.

Who it's for

Designed for leaders who know something in the customer experience is not working, but do not yet know whether the root issue is journey design, handoffs, knowledge, ownership, process, or technology.

Owners, COOs, CX and customer leaders, and operations leaders.
